    'cos they don't really use this to its full extent. I guess that is what you get
    when you sell yourself as "Community Supported Radio", have volunteers
    "working" for you, but pay your regular DJ's thousands of dollars a year
    (while only paying your specialty show DJ's about $10/hr)

    But I digress......
